“The Utmost Importance of Controlling your Thinking”
(I’m using the word “thinking” instead of “thoughts” because thinking is a decision that creates your thoughts)
Your thinking will either make you happy or sad.
Your thinking builds you up or brings you down.
Your thinking shapes your character.
Your thinking effects your decisions.
Your thinking will either deceive or lead you to truth.
Your thinking will either lead you into Sin or Righteousness.
Your thinking determines your Destiny
We must control what we think. We must choose what we think on. If we want to have a successful life, if we want a life pleasing unto God, if we want a joy-filled life in the Lord then we must have control over our thoughts by managing how we are thinking.
Isaiah 26:3-3 (KJV) Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]: because he trusteth in thee.
Philippians 4:8-8 (KJV) Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things.
Blessings and Love to Everyone!
